Job summary

Benedict Holding is seeking an experienced Nurse Case Manager to join its medical assistance team in the UK and overseas operations. You will use your clinical expertise daily to manage emergency medical assistance, coordinate repatriations and liaise with hospitals and clinicians internationally.

The role starts fully office-based for training, then moves to a hybrid model with 60% office attendance, offering a varied, fast-paced environment for an acute-care qualified nurse.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and UK nursing registration.
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience.
• Experience at Band 5 level or above in acute care (A&E/ICU/HDU/CCU).
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage emergency medical assistance and ongoing patient cases.
• Support patients overseas and liaise with hospitals internationally.
• Provide non-diagnostic clinical advice to patients and policyholders.
• Escalate complex cases and contribute clinical input into deployments.
• Work with case coordinators and the medical assistance team.
