The Neighbourhood Night Service operates from 20:45 to 07:15, seven days per week.

You will be a registered staff nurse with excellent assessment, planning, and evaluation skills to deliver clinical care to patients and support our Nursing Assistants overnight.
You will clinically coordinate and manage care, ensuring that all calls are effectively assessed, triaged, allocated, and recorded. You will have an overview of the service as a whole to ensure that patients and staff remain safe and care is appropriate and effective overnight, e.g., re-allocating work to cover unexpected staff absence.
You must have excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills, as you will be coordinating care for a large number of complex patients.
You will provide clinical leadership, including line management of Band 5 Staff Nurses and oversight of Band 3 Nursing Assistants.
You must be able to think on your feet, problem solve, juggle conflicting priorities, motivate others in challenging times, and utilize available resources effectively.
