At Willinbrook Healthcare, the specialist division of Care Concern Group, we’re proud to lead the way in complex care for adults with physical and mental health needs. Now, at our brand-new Oaklea Complex Care Unit a dedicated 26-bed service within Ashlea Court Care Home we’re looking for a Senior Nurse to help shape the future of specialist care.

What We Offer:

• £21.50 per hour (equivalent to a Band 7).
• Up to 44 hours per week.
• Days and Nights available.
• Paid PVG.
• Uniform provided.
• Onsite parking.
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).

This is a leadership role equivalent to a Band 7 Nursing Sister in the NHS. It’s a chance to take your skills to the next level, with the time, autonomy, and support you need to make a lasting impact.

Who we’re looking for:
You’ll be a Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN) with strong experience in mental health, dementia, or complex care. You may already be a Band 6 or aspiring Band 7 in the NHS or someone with leadership experience in the private sector, looking for a service that truly values clinical excellence and team development.

You’ll be confident leading a team, writing and reviewing care plans, managing medication, and liaising with families and external professionals. But above all, you’ll be driven by compassion, inclusion, and a commitment to exceptional care.
