This role offers you a chance to join a fast-paced NPD team driving innovation in food manufacturing. You'll be working for a business on a significant growth path in a hands on, customer facing and, factory/kitchen based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test brand new food concepts in the kitchen and factory
• Support factory trials and capture critical data
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Manage samples for testing and customer feedback

What You Bring:

• Food Science or related degree with some strong industry experience
• Hands-on NPD or Process experience (minimum 2 years)
• Organised, detail-focused, and a strong communicator
• Confidence! There will be travel involved with this role as well
• Able to juggle multiple projects and think on your feet
• Comfortable in kitchens, factories, and office environments

Bonus Points:

• Ambient ready meals, retailer and food service knowledge
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
