Job summary

b3 jobs ltd is seeking a Technical & NPD Manager to maintain BRCGS standards and drive new product development. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate customer briefs into innovative products, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across the site.

You will develop recipes, manage trials to launch, and align with commercial objectives while monitoring market trends to fuel business growth. Monday–Friday, senior leadership level role in Leicestershire.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food manufacturing with strong safety knowledge.
• Deep understanding of BRCGS standards and systems.
• Experience developing products from concept to launch.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and drive BRCGS standards and systems across the site.
• Head up NPD, developing innovative products to briefs and trends.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation and certs.
• Lead HACCP, food defence and prerequisite programmes.
• Oversee finished product specifications and quality control.
• Develop concepts through trial, launch, and scale-up with cost efficiency.
• Monitor market trends to identify new product opportunities.
