Reporting to the Global Operations Director, this role involves leading product development and managing major projects from brief to market launch.

You will coordinate across departments such as R&D, innovation, marketing, packaging, and sustainability to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global innovation and marketing teams on new product briefs, focusing on design-to-cost, profitability, sustainability, and innovation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the NPD launch cycle.
• Manage project development activities and product launches to meet timelines and budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to timing, quality, and costs of NPD projects.
• Improve PMO processes, tools, and procedures for product launches.
• Ensure effective implementation of the stage gate process across the organization and provide training for stakeholders.

About you:

• Over 7 years of project management experience, especially in launching global products with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing products and packaging within the beauty industry (perfume, skincare, or makeup), preferably in luxury markets.
• Existing network of luxury or beauty industry suppliers and contacts.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, international environments with strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Creative, innovative, and analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing and developing small teams or project managers.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in French is highly desirable.
