ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Engagement Manager (UK) to support delivery of global clinical trials by building strong relationships with investigative sites and clinical research professionals. You will develop and execute site engagement strategies across the study lifecycle, partnering with investigators, study teams and external organisations to improve site performance.

Competenze

• 5+ years’ pharmaceutical, biotechnology and/or CRO experience.
• Experience in site engagement or another investigator-facing role (CRA, Clinical Project Manager, Study Manager/Director or Study Coordinator).
• Strong knowledge of GCP and the clinical regulatory environment.
• Good understanding of clinical trial protocols, site operations and patient recruitment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in international, cross-functional and matrix environments.
• A proactive, solutions-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
• Be able to travel to UK hospital sites to conduct responsibilities of the role.

• Develop and implement site engagement plans and strategies.
• Build strong relationships with investigators, site staff and institutions.
• Identify and develop high-performing investigative sites.
• Support sites in overcoming patient recruitment and enrolment barriers.
