Job summary

Stirling Warrington in Redditch is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support Planned Preventive Maintenance and reliability initiatives. The role combines hands-on electrical work with desk-based coordination on the night shift, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

The position focuses on PM scheduling, parts control, and monitoring team performance within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing setting, offering autonomy on shift and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Management experience within an engineering function.
• Experience working in FMCG environment or similar fast paced manufacturing operation.
• Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience of managing projects from design to sign off
• In depth understanding of mechanical, electrical and logic control systems
• Experience of computerised maintenance management systems.INDSW

Responsibilities

• Support Planned Preventive Maintenance and Reliability Maintenance.
• Devise PM schedules and monitor performance.
• Part hands-on, part hands-off with full autonomy on night shift.
• Report to Engineering Manager and coordinate with the team.
