Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant for a Chester-based care home. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants and support the Deputy General Manager while delivering person-centred care to residents.

You will hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with clinical knowledge of elderly care. The role offers ongoing training and career development within a warm, welcoming environment.
