Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant to supervise a team of Care Assistants and support the Deputy General Manager. You will contribute to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and maintain a warm, welcoming environment for residents.

You will apply your NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, demonstrate knowledge of elderly clinical care, and participate in training opportunities to develop your career within the care group.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Willingness to undergo ongoing training to develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Uphold dignity and preferences of residents and create a warm, welcoming environment.
