Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership: motivate, train and support care staff, supervise shifts and monitor care standards.
• Support at night: assist with personal care and administering medications while ensuring resident comfort and safety.
• Provide person-centred care by tailoring care plans to individual resident needs.
• Build supportive relationships with residents, their families and colleagues.
