Job summary

Advinia Health Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care. You will work closely with Nurses or the Deputy Manager to implement and update care plans, administer medications, and ensure adherence to CQC guidelines.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, strong communication, and leadership skills to coach the team.

Your New Role

Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:

• Administering medication
• Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care
• Team supervisions
• Developing, implementing and updating care plans
• Adhering to CQC guidelines
• Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs

Shift Pattern

The night shift is: 20:00 - 08:00

A leader: Our Senior Care Assistants lead from the front with a hands-on approach.
Qualifications: Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have experience within a similar role.
