Job summary

Advinia Health Care in Paisley is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead our care teams, administer medication, and uphold resident dignity. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive environment.

The night shift runs from 20:00 to 08:00. We offer a free DBS check, ongoing training, flexible pay, a great working environment and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent people skills and communication.

Your New Role

• A leader: Our Senior Care Assistants lead from the front with a hands-on approach.
• Qualifications: Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have experience within a similar role.
• Fantastic people skills: Supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong working relationships.
• Caring by nature: An enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for making people's lives that little bit brighter each day.
