Job summary

Advinia Health Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care. Working alongside Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will administer medication, supervise daily tasks and help develop care plans to meet individual needs.

We are looking for hands-on leaders with NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent and proven experience in a similar role.

Your New Role

Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:

• Administering medication
• Providing hands on, high quality Resident Care
• Team supervisions
• Developing, implementing and updating care plans
• Adhering to CQC guidelines
• Coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs

Shift Patterns

• The day shift is: 08:00 - 20:00
• The night shift is: 20:00 - 08:00
