Victoria Gardens Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is hiring a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts in Coventry. You will lead a team to deliver safe, person-centred care, oversee medication, and ensure accurate records while communicating with families and professionals.

Requirements include Level 2 Health & Social Care (minimum) and medication competency. Benefits include DBS, uniform, pension, and development opportunities.

Formación

• Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (minimum).
• Medication administration training with competency.
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Guide and support the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Oversee shift operations, ensure care is organised and delivered to a high standard.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and medication administration; respond to changes.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
