Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Senior Improvement Analyst to join the Quality Improvement team, based within the Information team. You will lead complex analyses to support strategic objectives, maintain BI tools, and ensure accurate reporting across the Trust.

The role requires strong analytical skills, NHS informatics know-how, and ability to communicate with senior managers.

Qualifications

Analytical services to support Improvement and performance assurance agendas.
Adapting systems (Qlikview, TrakIT) to meet needs.
Quality assurance of outputs and reporting.

Responsabilités

Oversee delivery of the Trust’s Improvement Reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
Lead for research analytics for Trust programme initiatives with NHS informatics knowledge.
Ensure continuation of high quality reporting for Trust departments.
Evaluate key BI reports and identify data quality issues for escalation.
Support mobilisation and usage of BI data across culture changes.
Communicate complex technical specs and reports to Trust senior managers and executives.
Quality assure key reports before publication and flag issues to sign-off processes.
Work with Improvement, Information and Research teams to ensure consistent and timely reporting.
