East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Business Intelligence professional to deliver and maintain BI solutions to support system information. You will interrogate information systems, produce routine and ad hoc reports, analyse data and report on KPIs to support decision making.

Working in the Digital Division's BI Team, you will lead reporting to internal stakeholders, support data quality initiatives and mentor junior staff while collaborating with Data Quality, Reporting, Data

• Provide reports, data and analysis to support managers, service planning and monitoring groups.
• Provide specialist statistical analysis of service use data and quality metrics to identify trends, developments and data quality issues.
• Develop, implement and maintain business intelligence solutions and complex information reports.
• Lead on the development of reporting to internal stakeholders. Encourage the use of business intelligence and information to support business planning.
• Contribute to One LSC strategies and action plans and work with Data Quality, Reporting, Data Engineering, Clinical Coding and Performance teams.
• Support and develop junior staff, including technical training.

Descripción del empleo

The post holder will deliver and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to support the system information agenda, providing key information, intelligence and data metrics.
The role involves interrogating information systems, producing routine and ad hoc reports, analysing and reporting on data, ensuring the timely and accurate production of key performance indicators and contractual data requirements, providing advice on performance measures, data and statistics, and contributing to working groups developing information capability to support effective decision making.
