In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise. This role will be based in Celtic Lakes. Our new 237,000-square-foot Newport facility provides additional production and customer collaboration spaces, including 25,000 square feet of R&D clean rooms, 35,000 square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing space and tool demo areas, all designed to support development of semiconductor process technologies across advanced packaging, power devices, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), radio frequency (RF) and photonics sector technology. This is an exciting Senior role within our New Product Launch Manufacturing Design Engineering (MDE) team, focused on the design and development of improvements to product and processes to support manufacturing growth, new product, and continuous improvement projects! To be most effective our MDEs have an input in activities across the organisation and, as a result, have a unique ability to develop multi-functional relationships and contribute to the growth of both the MDE and their support teams technical capabilities.
