Job summary

Swansea Bay University Health Board invites applications for a Band 8a Senior Advanced Practitioner in the Children and Young People’s Neurodevelopmental Service, focusing on ASD and Dual Diagnosis pathways. Qualifications

• Level 7 Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Professional registration with NMC/HCPC
• Evidence of maintaining an Advanced Clinical Practice portfolio
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous advanced clinical practice within the Neurodevelopmental Service.
• Lead service improvement and pathway redesign.
• Provide leadership, supervision and staff development.
• Collaborate across MDT and multi-agency partners.
