Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd is seeking a Neurodevelopmental Service Lead to shape senior clinical leadership across ASD and ADHD pathways. This role blends strategic governance with direct clinical oversight, and may suit an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Principal Clinical Psychologist, or experienced Neurodevelopmental Clinical Lead.

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification experience within ASD, ADHD, mental health, or neurodevelopmental services.
• Current NMC registration with advanced practice experience, or HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Senior leadership experience involving multidisciplinary teams, governance, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and clinical delivery across adult and children’s ASD and ADHD services.
• Oversee quality, safeguarding, clinical risk, waiting lists, and service performance.
• Line manage and supervise non-medical clinical staff across the service.
• Develop pathways, standards, audits, and improvement plans with senior clinical partners.
