Job summary

Natilik is seeking a Senior Networking Engineer to support our global clients in day-to-day network operations, WAN/LAN/Wi‑Fi, data centre fabric, and cloud connectivity. You will manage voice estates, security, and automation, working across EMEA, APAC and the US.

The role involves client engagement, on-call support, and mentoring junior engineers while delivering resilient, compliant network solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with enterprise or data-centre networking.
• Strong routing and switching knowledge (BGP/OSPF) on Cisco platforms including Nexus fabrics.
• Experience managing Palo Alto firewalls via Panorama, VM-Series in cloud, and Zscaler.
• Solid AWS networking skills (Transit Gateway, Direct Connect).
• Cisco voice experience (CUCM, SIP, CUBE, Webex) with QoS awareness.
• Programming or automation skills (Python/Ansible) and monitoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day network operations for key Natilik clients, including data centres and cloud services.
• Manage WAN/LAN/Wi‑Fi, data centre fabric, and network security; assist with migrations.
• Contribute to resilience, DR and failover testing across multiple data centres.
• Collaborate with global teams for follow-the-sun support and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor engineers and document configurations and processes.
