Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our infrastructure team, supporting a large multi-site enterprise. You will design, implement and optimise LAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN and hybrid cloud connectivity, with hands‑on deployment across offices and data centres.

You will work with Meraki, Fortinet and Juniper ecosystems, applying advanced routing and switching, 802.1X and robust troubleshooting methodologies to ensure high availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and supporting LAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN and hybrid cloud networks.
• Hands-on deployment and maintenance across office and data centre sites.
• Strong troubleshooting with formal methodology.

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of modern network infrastructures, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, and hybrid cloud connectivity. The role also requires physical deployment and maintenance activities across office and data centre environments.

Technical Requirements

Certifications

Cisco CCNP or equivalent

Nice to have:

Additional CCNP tracks or higher certifications

Certifications in Meraki, Fortinet, Juniper, or similar vendors

Core Networking

• Advanced Switching & Routing (STP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs)
• Structured troubleshooting approach (clear methodology)

Wi‑Fi & Access

• Hands‑on experience with:
• 802.1X
• Ability to diagnose complex Wi‑Fi issues

SD‑WAN & VPN

• Solid experience or knowledge in:
• SD‑WAN (ideally Meraki)
