Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Technical Support Analyst to lead enterprise networking, security and connectivity across a complex healthcare environment. You will support and design LAN/WAN/WIFI and datacentre networking while driving reliability, performance and security.

You will mentor staff, manage projects using Agile/Waterfall, and act as escalation point for incidents and cyber security compliance, with on-call work as required.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience deploying and/or administering infrastructure solutions.
• Requires strong knowledge across multiple infrastructure solutions.
• Agile Certification or exposure is preferred; relevant certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Senior Infrastructure Specialist responsible for managing complex infrastructure environments and leading group initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, design, implement, maintain and improve networking, security and data centre infrastructures.
• Mentor colleagues and ensure cyber security compliance, disaster recovery planning and service improvements.
