Qualifications

• Experience working in an ITIL‐governed environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, and Zscaler.
• Strong understanding of ITILv3 processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network security controls including firewalls and proxies.
• Lead troubleshooting of network security issues.
• Provide third-line escalation support.
