Job summary

Retail Company in London seeks a Senior Network & Security Specialist to own and scale the regional network, security, and endpoint program across offices, showrooms, warehouses and retail stores.

The role requires 8+ years in network engineering and proven expertise in identity, zero-trust, vulnerability management and relevant tooling (CrowdStrike, Qualys, BitSight, Netskope). Ability to coordinate with HQ and 3PLs is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on network engineering (routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs, VPN, WiFi).
• Security focus with endpoint protection, patching and vulnerability management.
• Experience with Okta and Entra ID (SSO, MFA, app integrations).
• Hands-on with CrowdStrike, Qualys and BitSight.
• Knowledge of SASE/zero-trust concepts and Netskope implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own network architecture across multi-site environments including WAN, LAN, VPN, VLANs and WiFi.
• Manage identity & access across Entra ID and Okta, including SSO/MFA configurations.
• Lead vulnerability management portfolio and remediation tracking.
• Operate security tooling and incident response for security events.
• Oversee secure connectivity with SAP and 3PL integrations.
• Coordinate with HQ and global teams to align security standards.
