Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Supply Chain Network Scheduler to own 0-12 week execution horizon, balancing supply and demand across markets. You will lead a team of planners, create the MPS, and collaborate with demand, supply and other functions to optimize performance.

The role focuses on achieving strong customer service while managing costs and inventory, reporting KPI-driven results and participating in cross-functional improvements across the Eaton network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain (materials management, inventory, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP).
• 2+ years experience as manager of people.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production planners across sites.
• Develop timely plans for finished products and short-term availability (0-12 weeks).
• Manage exceptions in the short-term horizon and drive corrective actions.
• Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Coordinate CoE resources to deliver the MPS Plan.
• Interface with operations to ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor KPIs to drive supply network improvements in cash, cost and service.
• Collaborate across functions to improve end-to-end supply chain and customer service.
• Escalate capacity shortages and drive corrective actions.
