Job summary

At Eaton's Lakeside facility, we engineer precision within the aerospace and defense sector, delivering hoses, couplings, ducting and sealing solutions that power advanced aircraft.

The Supply Chain Network Scheduler plays a key role in our agile supply chain, owning short-term planning horizons and coordinating demand and supply to ensure on-time product availability across markets. You will lead MPS creation and drive improvements in cash, cost and service results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in Materials, Operations or Supply Chain in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Develop timely plans for finished products and short-term FG availability (0–12 weeks).
• Manage short-term exceptions and identify root causes to drive corrective actions.
• Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Coordinate CoE resources to deliver the MPS plan.
• Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence.
• Report KPIs to improve cash, cost and customer service.
• Escalate capacity shortages and manage material constraints.
