Job summary

Qualifications

• Must-have: 3–5 years in a third-line/NOC engineer role, ideally ISP/telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of BGP/OSPF/MPLS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN.
• Experience with enterprise routers and firewalls (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet) and load balancers.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor network, infrastructure and services using advanced tools.
• Lead major network incident response and coordinate internal/third-party teams.
• Perform RCA and produce post-incident reports with preventive actions.
• Configure, deploy and optimize core network devices.
• Mentor first-/second-line staff and share knowledge across teams.
• Ensure security and data-protection standards compliance.
