Job summary

IN8INITY is seeking a Lead NOC Engineer / Senior Network Operations Engineer fluent in Russian and English to join our Network Operations team in Greater London. You will work with production ISP networks, perform hands-on troubleshooting, assist in planned network changes, and collaborate with senior engineers, NOC and external vendors to ensure network stability and performance.

In this role you’ll lead rapid diagnosis and remediation of incidents, oversee change management, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on network infrastructure operations experience.
• Strong routing and switching background.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista or similar network equipment.
• Practical understanding of DWDM architecture and automation.
• Strong knowledge of BGP and routing policies.
• Experience with DDoS mitigation: Flowspec and traffic scrubbing.
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Fluent Russian and English.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting experience in production networks.

Responsibilities

• Rapid identification, diagnosis, and resolution of L2/L3 network incidents.
• Configuration and maintenance of customer services: BGP, VLAN/QinQ, L2VPN.
• Interaction with external providers and upstream carriers.
• Collaboration with monitoring and technical support teams.
• Ticket escalation, tracking of service status and link availability.
• Change management, technical documentation, and on-call rotation.
• Professional communication with internal teams, management, customers/providers in English and Russian.
• Participation in network stability, scalability, and modernization initiatives.
