Job summary

Qualifications

This senior post sits within NHS Informatics Merseyside, the digital service for Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, and manages the trust's complex network estate. The work covers designing and implementing network solutions, keeping services reliable and secure, and resolving faults with minimal downtime. Cisco expertise is expected, alongside VoIP, wireless and SD-WAN work, and the role involves extensive travel across the trust's footprint. Fit depends on a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Cisco network certification or a similar degree, with demonstrable experience

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience at this level
• Proven experience as a Network Engineer with expertise in Cisco network technologies
