Version 1 seeks an experienced Tech Lead to grow our Digital Data & Cloud Practice. You will design, develop and lead cloud-based software initiatives, guiding teams through architecture, implementation and deployment on Azure using modern patterns such as microservices and CI/CD pipelines.

You will own technical delivery, mentor juniors, and collaborate with PMs, BAs and testers to ensure high-quality outcomes across public and private sector projects.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based software applications.
• Provide technical leadership to coordinate delivery of scalable, secure solutions.
• Work within agile delivery methodologies to shape requirements and estimates.
• Own product/software design including architecture and release handover.
• Collaborate with Version 1 and customer stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate technical designs clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and foster collaboration.
