Job summary
Gravity Media is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Developer to lead the design and delivery of complex features on our in-house .NET booking platform. You will own CI/CD, environments, monitoring, and release tooling while mentoring colleagues and acting as a technical deputy to the Tech Lead across development and operations.
Two developers share this role and provide full cover for one another, ensuring reliable production support and continuous improvement across both software engineering
Qualifications
- Proven experience in C#/.NET for designing and delivering production-grade applications.
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and IaC for cloud or on-prem environments.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response in production.
- Ability to mentor developers and perform thorough code reviews and technical leadership.
- ERP integration experience, preferably with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and end-to-end delivery of complex features and integrations.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, environment configuration and IaC.
- Provide senior technical review of code, designs and releases.
- Mentor developers and support the Tech Lead in maintaining standards and release practices.
- Maintain runbooks and operational docs to enable effective on-call cover.
