You will drive architectural discussions, support go‑to‑market initiatives for the Retirement Pathway, and ensure features are delivered quickly with quality.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into user-facing features using .NET (C#) and Python.

• Adopt a security-first approach to development to protect data and reputation.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to testing strategy (Unit/Integration/Automation).
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and coding efficiency.
