Job summary

Axon Moore is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join their technology team in Warrington. This is a hands-on role across the full stack, delivering new features for the e-commerce platform and taking ownership from concept to delivery.

You will work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, mentor peers, and help modernise legacy systems while transitioning infrastructure from IIS to Docker. The role requires 4+ years of experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' commercial software development experience.
• Strong experience across full-stack technologies.
• Solid background in C#/.NET development.
• The ability to work collaboratively with developers, stakeholders and wider business teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Developing new, cutting-edge features within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Taking ownership of features from concept through to implementation.
• Mentoring other developers and helping promote best coding practices.
• Refactoring and modernising legacy code.
• Helping transition existing infrastructure from IIS to Docker.
• Contributing to the ongoing improvement of development processes, architecture and engineering standards.
