Job summary

Searchability®, a well-established software house in the UK, seeks a Senior .NET Developer to design, build and support bespoke applications. You will own technical delivery, collaborate with clients and the team, and help set development standards.

Based in South Lincolnshire, this hybrid role requires 2-3 days on-site with remote work the rest of the week. Immediate starters preferred; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Azure.
• Experience at senior level on client-facing projects.
• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Immediately available or on a short notice period preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take technical lead on projects from requirements through delivery.
• Mentor and support less experienced developers.
• Carry out code reviews and maintain high code quality.
