Searchability Ltd, a well-established software house on the outskirts of Warwick, is seeking Senior Software Developers to join a small but highly skilled team. You will work on greenfield projects using C#, .NET, MVC, and Azure DevOps in a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Strong C# and .NET development experience.
• Proficient in MVC patterns and ASP.NET.
• Solid SQL skills with experience in data handling.
• Self-motivated with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Solve problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Resolve production issues.
• Translate high-level requirements from the business into software solutions.
• Stay updated with new technologies and suggest potential implementations.
• Communicate regularly with company Directors.
• Help set and contribute to team standards.
• Ensure projects use best practices.
• Involved in deployment pipelines configuration using Azure DevOps.
• Participate in peer reviews to maintain high standards.
