Job summary

Barings' Investment & Enterprise Technology team seeks an experienced Senior .NET Developer with 7+ years of experience to build, enhance, and support enterprise applications in London.

You will develop with C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL, create insightful Power BI dashboards, support SaaS platforms, and contribute to AI-driven solutions. Strong collaboration across teams is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core; SQL querying, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
• Power BI expertise for dashboards and data modeling.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and APIs/integrations.
• Proven ability in production support and incident resolution.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and AI/ML tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Build and support APIs and integrations across internal and third-party systems.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance across the SDLC.
• Perform complex SQL querying to support production issues and data troubleshooting.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards to support business decisions.
• Provide L2/L3 SaaS application support and incident resolution.
• Explore AI-enabled solutions and contribute to AI-driven features.
