Your Move in Ashford, part of LSL Property Services plc, is hiring a Senior Negotiator. You will register customers, match properties for sales and lettings, arrange viewings and negotiate offers, while maximising branch income through cross-selling of related services.

The role is office-based with a strong focus on customer service and industry experience. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential to succeed in this fast-paced team.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will:

The role comes with a very competitive basic salary, An excellent Uncapped OTE

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is all office based.
