Based in Newbury, this Senior Negotiator / Assistant Branch Manager role offers a hands-on, sales-focused position alongside the Branch Manager, generating new business, securing instructions and guiding the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential estate agency.
• Currently a Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Assistant Branch Manager.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ideally live within a 30-minute commute of Newbury.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking and relationships.
• Conduct market appraisals and secure new property instructions.
• Negotiate offers and manage sales through to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers and solicitors.
• Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day office activities.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Consistently achieve and exceed personal and branch targets.
