Barnard Marcus in Dorking is seeking a Senior Estate Agent to market properties and service clients. You will liaise with the branch network on listings and sales, building rapport with new and existing customers while maintaining exceptional service.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission and a company car or car allowance, supporting a motivated and customer-focused sales career.

Formación

• Experience in estate agency or sales negotiation.
• Excellent customer care and service experience.
• Full UK driving licence held and valid.

At Barnard Marcus, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to complement our fantastic residential sales team in our Barnard Marcus branch in Dorking.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Negotiator

• Preferably an experienced Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator looking for that step up and progress your career
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence holder
