Production Controller at Devonport Royal Dockyard in Plymouth, UK, working full‑time with hybrid arrangements. You’ll coordinate production activities, develop and maintain schedules, manage stakeholder relationships across engineering and project teams, and help ensure programmes are delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards.

As a senior PMRO specialist you’ll operate in a world‑class engineering environment, contributing to national security projects, pursuing continuous improvement

Competenze

• Experience in production planning, project controls, manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Understanding of production planning and scheduling processes.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, safe systems of work and continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Coordinating production activities to ensure materials, documentation and technical information are available when required.
• Developing and maintaining production schedules to support project delivery.
• Managing stakeholder relationships across operational, engineering and project teams.
• Conducting inspections and audits to maintain safety, quality and housekeeping.
