Job summary

Lavazza Professional UK is seeking a dynamic National Account Manager - Food Service to lead strategic relationships across the national landscape, driving sales growth and long-term partnerships in the food service sector.

The NAM will develop the caterer strategy, manage key accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value and growth while upholding Lavazza values. Extensive UK travel is required, with the head office in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Qualifications

• ESSENTIAL MUST BE FOOD SERVICE RELATED.
• Senior level with ability to build rapport and effective relationships at all levels with external and internal customers.
• Able to negotiate large tenders/contracts while handling ambiguity and conflict.
• Proven track record in existing account management and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the national account caterer strategy and marketing plan.
• Deliver growth targets for drinks, machines & NSV through new business extensions and retention.
• Manage key accounts, build partnerships and ensure best-in-class customer experience.
• Regular reviews with strategic clients to assess performance and plans.
