FMCG Exec in the United Kingdom is seeking an ambitious National Account Manager to own the Sainsburys account and drive commercial growth. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and lead key negotiations while coordinating cross‑functional teams across Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.

You’ll also coach a direct report and shape customer plans for short and long‑term success.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing and growing major UK grocery accounts within an FMCG environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales, profit and market share growth.
• Experience building and executing customer business plans that drive sustainable growth.
• Confident negotiator with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior customer stakeholders.
• Skilled in analysing promotions, investment spend and ROI to maximise commercial performance.
• Previous line management or coaching experience would be advantageous.
