As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven National Accounts Manager to join our team and lead our sales strategy as part of the commercial leadership team.

As Senior Accounts Manager you will be responsible for selling our brewing capacity in the most profitable way possible. You will also have full P&L ownership for sales and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy.

You will lead a small sales team, work closely with marketing and production, and ensure our products are well-positioned and represented in the market growing our volume at pace.

This role is predominantly field based but you will need to be located within close proximity to Bedford.

The Role:

·Lead the commercial sales strategy for Brewpoint, prioritising profitable volume wins and filling our brewery to capacity in the right way. With focus and networks in the following areas:

o Export

o Regional Wholesale

o National Accounts

o Brewers Network – Contract Brewing Opportunities

·Full accountability for sales P&L, driving profitable growth across multiple channels.

·Manage and develop a small, high-performing team, including two Free Trade Sales Representatives and a Tours & Owned Pubs Engagement Manager.

·Build and maintain a strong, well-connected network across the beer and hospitality industries.

·Plan and forecast over multiple years while staying agile and responsive to market changes. Sharing these with commercial team and production for successful delivery.

·Be hands-on – from customer meetings to event support, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and sell.

·Work closely with our Brand Manager to align sales and trade marketing efforts for maximum brand impact.

·Collaborate with pub managers, our senior leadership team, and operations to build a joined-up approach to beer sales and advocacy.

·Support our own pub estate with compelling sales stories and product support.

·Put the customer at the centre of your thinking, delivering exceptional service and sustainable partnerships.

·Embody our culture: under-promise, over-deliver.

·Develop solutions quickly and effectively to overcome challenges and unlock new sales opportunities.

·Bring relentless energy, drive and commercial instinct to everything you do.

About You!

·5+ years of experience in beer sales, with a proven track record of delivering results.

·Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.

·Industry network across Free Trade, National Accounts, RTM and Export is essential.

·Strategic thinker who can also operate at pace and adapt to change.

·Leadership experience, with the ability to develop and motivate a small team.

·Passionate about delivering amazing experience and a role model for our values and drive our culture.

·Strong influencing skills across all levels of stakeholders

·Ability to demonstrate flexibility/versatility combined with initiative and drive.
