Job summary

Zero100 is seeking a Senior Content Manager, Multimedia to shape our multimedia strategy and position us as a premier platform for supply chain thought leadership. You will lead editorial direction, manage external partners, and cultivate relationships with C-level executives and other high-profile guests.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in multimedia content strategy, editorial leadership, or production management.
• Experience building relationships with senior executives and external guests.
• Proven ability to brief and manage external agencies and production partners.

Responsibilities

• Own Zero100's podcast and video content strategy, increasing reach and engagement across platforms.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-profile podcast guests and external voices.
• Develop briefs and scripts that translate complex insights into engaging stories while aligning with brand goals.
• Identify and vet C-level guests to drive growth and extend reach.
• Manage external podcast editors and video production teams with clear creative direction and quality control.
• Collaborate to repurpose multimedia content into social clips, toolkits, and assets.
• Track performance metrics to inform strategy and experimentation.
• Ensure all multimedia content aligns with Zero100's brand standards.
