Artic Building Services is a leading independent provider of mechanical, electrical, and building services across Ascot, Richmond and Central London. We deliver installation, maintenance and repair solutions for commercial, public, and industrial clients, ensuring the reliable operation of critical building infrastructure.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Multi Skilled Engineer to perform PPM, reactive breakdown support, diagnostics, repair and installation for boiler systems, upholding

Qualifications

• Full Gas Safe commercial accreditations (COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1).
• TPCP1A or TPCP1 for pipework testing and purging; CORT1 desirable.
• NVQ Level 2+ in Heating & Ventilation or related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide PPM, reactive diagnostics, repair and installation for boiler systems.
• Diagnose faults across a range of boiler manufacturers and types.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics; work to health and safety regs.

The Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and self-motivated Senior Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team. This pivotal role involves providing expert planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive breakdown support, diagnostics, repair, and installation services for a wide range of commercial and industrial boiler systems across our client. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our clients' heating systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full current Commercial Gas Safe accreditations including:
• COCN1 (Core Commercial Gas Safety)
• ICPN1 (Installation of Commercial Pipework)
• CIGA1 (Commercial Indirect Fired Heating Appliances)
• CDGA1 (Commercial Direct Fired Heating Appliances)
• TPCP1A or TPCP1 (Testing & Purging of Pipework)
• CORT1 (Commercial Overhead Radiant Tubes & Appliances) – desirable but not essential
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Heating & Ventilation, Gas Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across a range of boiler manufacturers and types.
• AC and Electrical knowledge, Experience with AHU’s and FCU’s preferred. FGAS – Cat1
• Full UK Driving Licence (clean preferred).
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations pertinent to boiler operations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Basic electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
