Job summary

ICTS Ltd in Brighton seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead multi-site security delivery across Brighton, Burgess Hill and Central London, with regular travel. You will drive safe, compliant services and build strong client and team relationships.

You will manage site teams, develop training, ensure governance, and shape operational strategy while maintaining a resilient, inclusive culture across dispersed locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in guarding, law enforcement, military, or security with progression to management.
• Demonstrable multi-site operational management experience across complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and governance frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Outstanding scheduling, administration and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for provision of security across Client sites within the portfolio.
• Serve as ICTS's primary operational point of contact for the Client, maintaining strong relationships.
• Lead site security teams across Brighton, Burgess Hill and Central London; ensure consistent standards.
• Deliver all aspects of physical security at site level; ensure safety of staff, visitors and assets.
• Advise on security matters affecting client operations, people, vendors and reputation.
• Identify risks and implement effective security strategies to address them.
• Promote inclusive, values-driven culture; support diversity and equality commitments.
• Model emotional intelligence and growth mindset; encourage resilience and development.
• Contribute to ICTS's wider strategic planning and business development priorities.
