Job summary

Trinity Estates is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a portfolio of 11 residential developments across Cambridge, Colchester, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Dunstable. You will balance on-the-ground presence with proactive, data-led management to keep buildings safe, compliant and running smoothly, working home based with regular site visits.

You’ll be supported by specialist teams across finance, compliance, building safety and customer service, and as part of the Odevo Group you’ll have

Qualifications

Experience managing a mixed residential portfolio across multiple sites.
Ability to lead contractor relationships and tendering.
Proven ability to monitor service charge budgets and produce financial reports.
Coordination of health and safety and building safety actions.
Strong written and verbal communication with residents and clients.

Responsibilities

Plan and attend site visits and inspections across multiple developments.
Instruct and supervise maintenance and contractor works.
Manage service charge budgets and provide financial updates.
Coordinate compliance tasks and audits (health, safety, building safety).
Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
Prepare for AGMs and client meetings, circulate minutes and drive follow-up actions.
