Job summary

Trinity Estates is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a portfolio of 11 residential developments across Cambridge, Colchester, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Dunstable. You will balance on-site presence with data-led management to keep buildings safe, compliant and running smoothly.

Working from home with regular site visits, you will coordinate contractor works, manage service charge budgets, and drive compliance and resident engagement, reporting to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site residential portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Able to plan site visits and manage contractors.
• Budgeting and compliance knowledge.
• Customer service oriented

Responsibilities

• Visit developments across multiple sites to inspect and meet stakeholders.
• Manage maintenance, supervise contractors, close actions.
• Oversee service charge budgets and provide financial updates.
• Coordinate health and safety and building safety tasks.
• Handle customer queries and escalations with residents and clients.
• Prepare for AGMs and client meetings and circulate minutes.
