Job summary

Trinity Estates is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a portfolio of 11 residential developments across several UK locations. The role balances on-the-ground presence with data-led management to keep buildings safe, compliant and well-run.

Based at home with regular site visits, you will work with finance, compliance, building safety and customer service teams within the Odevo Group, ensuring residents and clients receive proactive, personalised service and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a mixed residential portfolio.
• Ability to manage budgets and reporting.
• Strong communication with residents, clients and stakeholders.
• Site visits and contractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Plan and attend site visits.
• Manage contractor works and maintenance.
• Oversee service charge budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate compliance tasks including health and safety.
• Prepare for AGMs and client meetings.
• Respond to resident and client queries.
